Tour Reservations
– Bookings through our website will always be processed according to local time.
– To secure your booking we require a deposit of 40% of the cost per person.
– On receipt of your correct deposit we will send you a Service Confirmation Email. It is important for you to check the details on the Service Confirmation Email as soon as you get it. In the event of any discrepancy please contact us immediately.
– The total balance is due 3 weeks before the service (if it is not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel your tour and retain your deposit).
– In case you are booking within 3 weeks of the tour date, then the full payment is required.
– Payment can be made by bank transfer in favor of Travel Beyond the Obvious Lda. If for any reason we do not accept your booking your deposit will be returned.
Cancellation Policy
– Customers can cancel or charge bookings using the following email: info@charming-portugal.com
– We will make every effort to assist you if you wish to alter your arrangements. We know plans can change and we accept changes to the original booking for another day, if we have availability, without any extra charge.
– In case you want to cancel the service, if cancellation is made up to 15 days before tour date you will be entitled to a full refund. If the cancellation is made up to 48 hours before tour date you will be entitled to a 50% refund. No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before tour date.
– If there is no warning or written cancellation, the value of the service will be charged in full.
– Tickets for events or attractions are non-refundable.
– Refunds will be made by bank transfer and possible transaction costs are borne by the customer.
Insurances & Warranties
– The company ensures that is covered by all the insurances required by the Portuguese law
Privacy
– We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers. Our customerĀ“s data is confidential. We will not sell or provide any personal information to third parties.
Other Information
– All prices are in Euros and include local VAT
– We are under no obligation to give a breakdown of the costs involved in the service
– The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. The Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.
– We apply all reasonable checks to ensure that those involved in the preparation of the service maintain the appropriate standards.

– If you or any member of your party suffer from a disability or other medical condition please tell us before you book. We are happy to give you advice and to try to assist you in choosing a tour that will meet your requirements.
